We are thrilled to be offering potential teacher training candidates the chance to experience what the profession has to offer by once again opening our doors for our popular taster events.

If you have ever wondered whether teaching could be the career for you then now is your chance to come along, take a sneak peek inside a 'working' classroom, and view some of our Core Training for current trainees. You will also meet some of the friendly Mid Essex ITT team and get answers to some of those burning questions.

We are offering two mornings in March - Thursday 7th March and Thursday 21st March. Each event will be held at Notley High School & Braintree Sixth Form and will run from 9.30am until approximately 1pm.

The schedule (subject to change) is planned to run as follows:

1. 9.30am to 9.45am - arrival
2. 10am to 11am - view Core Training and chat with current trainees
3. 11am to 11.30am - light refreshments, a short presentation and chat with members of the Mid Essex team
4. 11.35am to 12.35pm - observe a lesson
5. 12.35pm to 1pm - final Q&A with the Mid Essex team
