We have absolutely loved meeting our trainee cohort of 2022-2023 this week for their three-day induction before they start their course in earnest in September.
It was such a pleasure to meet everyone in person and we look forward to working with you all over the next academic year.
During their induction, the trainees heard from a range of speakers on a variety of topics, such as: lesson planning; observing learning; their hopes and fears; behaviour management; safeguarding and looking after themselves during your training year, to mention a few.
We hope you all have a lovely, restful summer and we look forward to seeing you in September!
