Professional Mentor at Notley High School and Braintree Sixth Form
Natalie Short graduated from Reading University in 2009 and has been teaching Philosophy, Ethics and Religion across all Key Stages and KS3 History since 2010.
She is currently the Professional Mentor along with Kim White at Notley High School & Braintree Sixth Form. She delivers GPS sessions to the Mid Essex Trainees, focusing on assessment for learning as well as co-organising and co-running NQT CPD conferences. Natalie trained at Notley and due to a variety of opportunities has been able to stay and develop her career there also. Through her work with Mid Essex MEITT and the PLN Natalie helps to mentor trainees as they start their teaching journey and support NQTs as they develop their teaching careers.
